At Average Store, we want your order to reach you safely and on time. We currently deliver our DTF printed shirts across Pakistan.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after confirmation.

Since our shirts are printed after an order is placed, please allow 1–3 working days for printing, quality checking and packing before your order is dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• Major Cities: 2–4 working days
• Other Areas: 3–7 working days
• Remote Areas: Delivery may take a little longer depending on the courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Any applicable delivery charges will be added to your order total.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations.

For COD orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. This type of confirmation is commonly used by Pakistani e-commerce sellers to reduce failed or refused COD deliveries.

Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct when placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information through the contact details provided at checkout.

You can use the tracking number to follow your parcel with the relevant courier company.

Incorrect Address or Unsuccessful Delivery

Please carefully check your:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Complete delivery address
• City
• Postal/area information

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete information, customer refusal or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-delivery.

Damaged Package

If your parcel appears damaged when you receive it, please take clear photos or record an unboxing video before opening/using the product and contact us as soon as possible.

This helps us investigate the issue with the courier and determine the appropriate solution.

Printed & DTF Products

Our shirts are printed using DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. Because printing is completed as part of the order fulfilment process, the product may require additional processing time before dispatch.
